Connected to the Orange County Convention Center, Rosen Centre Hotel is just 12 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Guests enjoy easy proximity to all theme park attractions, golf and shopping. It is located on world famous International Drive.

AAAM® Course Policies:
- A copy of your medical license must be received by the AAAM Business Manager prior to admittance to the course. You may either:
- Email to: membership@aaamed.org
- Fax to: +1-415-723-7050
- For CME purposes, Attendees must sign in at registration each morning before entering the meeting room.
- Course attendance on each day, all day is mandatory in order to earn both your CME hours and your AAAM Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine.
- Your AAAM Certificate will be provided to you at the course providing that you registered no later than October 21. Registrants after that date will receive their AAAM Certificates by mail following the course.
- CME credits are only provided to those that attend the course in their entirety, and return the course evaluation form before leaving the course. Your CME certificate will be mailed to you. Please allow three-to-four weeks for delivery.
- Your AAAM Course syllabus will be provided to you at AAAM Registration on-site. A replacement for lost or stolen syllabus is not provided.
- Please note that no one, other than the registered physician is provided admittance to the course or food functions. Your AAAM badge must be worn to all events.
General Information:
Registration: Your AAAM badge and course syllabus may be picked up at AAAM Registration on the first day of the course between 7:30 and 8:30 outside of the Meeting Room. The syllabus is not provided ahead of time. The course begins promptly at 8:30 am.
Course Meals: Light continental breakfast, lunch, and coffee and tea service are provided.
Meeting Room: The course is in Salon D/E.
Dress Code: Business or Dressy Casual. Jeans are fine.
Refunds: Note that refunds or credits for cancellation are not provided after October 21, 2013. If you cancel prior to October 21, a $75 administrative fee will be deducted from your registration.
