Invitations are extended specifically to assist delegates in obtaining appropriate visas and are not a commitment to provide travel funding. Attire
Congress attire is Business Casual. For men, this means a collared shirt, either with or without a sports jacket, slacks, and dress shoes. For women, dresses, suits with either a skirt or tailored slacks, a skirt and blouse, and dress shoes.
