- Candidate must receive a passing grade of 65% to be eligible for the Oral Exam
on Day 2

- Candidates who passed the written portion begin Oral Examination
- Candidates have 20 minutes of preparatory time to review case study slides
- Candidates will present their evaluation to senior examiner for 20 minutes
