  1. Open only to physicians with appropriate experience in Botulinum Toxin A & Filler injections
  2. Physicians who have completed AAAM Level 1 Certificate and Level 2 Diploma Course are qualified to attend.
  3. Physicians are to submit credentials or certificates proving their experience in Botulinum Toxin A & Filler injections upon registration
  4. AAAM reserves the right to remove a physician from the training course if the participant is found to have no basic experience in Botulinum Toxin A & Filler injections and no refund in registration fees will be given.
