Exhibitor Fees
$1,750 USD per 10' x 10' exhibit space

Includes:

  • 1-skirted and draped table (if needed)
  • 8' High back wall and 3' high side rail
  • 7' x 44' ID Sign
  • 1-power duplex
  • 2-chairs
  • Draped backdrop and sidewalls
  • Daily aisle cleaning
  • Two (2) Exhibit Staff Badges, Exhibit Area Access only (No Sessions)
  • Description of product service (75 words) in final printed program distributed on-site
  • Welcome Reception on Saturday
  • Refreshment Breaks Saturday and Sunday

Delegate attendee list post-Congress-Names and postal mailing address only

Exhibitors do not have access to Congress Sessions unless a representative of your company registers and pays as a delegate.

Space is assigned on a first-come, first served basis. To hold your space, your exhibit contract must be signed, returned, and accompanied by payment.
