1. 15th Registration: Your AAAM badge and registration materials may be picked up at AAAM Registration located on the 5th Floor of the JW Marriott:   A valid ID will be required to pick up your registration materials.
November 9: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
November 10: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
November 11: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

2. Name badge must be worn at all functions
3. Dress code is business or business casual
4. Light continental and coffee breaks are provided
5. Welcome reception is on Friday, November 9 at 5:00 pm in the Exhibition
6. Congress contents and speakers are subject to change without notice

CME and Congress Participation Certificate

  1. Continuing Medical Education (CME) is provided. Registered delegates will receive an evaluation following the completion of the Congress.  After completing the evaluation, you will be able to print and save your CME statement for your records.
  2. Your 15th Congress participation certificate will be provided to you on the last day of the Congress at registration provided you registered before October 15. Registrations after that date will be mailed to you. Please allow three to four weeks for printing and delivery.

Accompanying Persons

  1. Accompanying Persons must be aged 21 and over
  2. Accompanying Persons are admitted to the Welcome Reception on November 9 and the Exhibition. Admittance to Conference Sessions is not permitted.
  3. Conference bag and materials are not provided
